Padcare works in 22 cities pan India, which will give holistic working experience and professional growth. We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Onboarding associate to join our team.

We have been recognized by the central government, and have associated with various organizations like NASSCOM Foundation, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, United Nations Development Programme, Villgro Foundation, NITI- Aayog, Infosys Foundation, Dassault Systems etc.

We currently serve more than 500+ workplaces like Wipro, Morgan stanley, Mahindra, Mercedes, WNS, infosys. We have our presence across 22 cities in India, including Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi etc. We are serving more than 5 lac women every month while processing more than 34 lacs pads and saving 178 MT of CO2 eq.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process Coordination:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.- Assist with the collection and verification of required documentation.- Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, such as orientation sessions and training.

Orientation & Training:

- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce, possess and padcare one software.- Ensure all necessary resources, such as training materials, recycling certificates and onboarding kites are prepared and distributed.- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure new customers are set up with necessary tools and systems.

Support & Assistance:

- Act as the main point of contact for new customers during their initial weeks.- Provide ongoing support and answer any queries related to the onboarding process.- Follow up with customers as well as with the operation team to ensure they are adjusting well and address any challenges.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Ensure all onboarding forms and contracts are completed accurately and filed appropriately as well as send all the details to the concern team.- Update and maintain accurate onboarding records in the company’s customer systems.

Continuous Improvement:

- Gather feedback from new customers on their onboarding experience and suggest improvements.- Collaborate with the onboarding team to enhance processes for future onboarding cycles.

Role Requirements/Specifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.- Freshers can apply.- Proficient in English( written and spoken ).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Proficiency in excel, canva and powerpoint ppt and help desk tools shall be an added advantage
