Must-Have Skills

  • Adobe Analytics & Adobe Launch: 10–15 years of hands-on experience with strong expertise in tagging, implementation, and troubleshooting.

  • AEP WebSDK (Adobe Experience Platform WebSDK): Proven experience implementing and managing.

  • Tagging Lifecycle Management: Ability to own end-to-end tagging (solution design, specs, QA, deployment, validation).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data layers, JavaScript, and HTML in the context of tag deployment/debugging.

  • QA & Testing: Experience with manual QA and automated tools (Observpoint or similar).

  • Debugging Tools: Proficiency with Charles Proxy, browser dev tools, Adobe Debugger, etc.

  • Data Visualization: Hands-on with Adobe Workspace, Power BI, or Tableau to deliver insights.

  • Documentation: Experience maintaining SDRs and tracking documentation.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA): Exposure or working knowledge.

  • Adobe Target: Familiarity with personalization/optimization tools.

  • Third-Party Pixel Management: Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting.

  • Privacy Compliance: Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and consent management tools.

  • Broader MarTech Knowledge: Awareness of marketing analytics ecosystems beyond Adobe.
