Job Description: JIRA Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JIRA Implementation Expert to join our team. As a JIRA Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of JIRA across our organization. You will work closely with various teams to understand their requirements, design and implement JIRA workflows, and provide guidance on best practices for using JIRA to optimize project management and collaboration.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a JIRA Implementation Expert or JIRA Consultant, with a strong understanding of JIRA implementation, configuration, and customization.

In-depth knowledge of JIRA workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permission schemes. Experience in designing and configuring complex workflows.

Experience in integrating JIRA with other tools and systems, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and third-party applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into efficient JIRA configurations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive JIRA implementation projects from initiation to completion.

Experience in training and supporting users on JIRA functionality and best practices.

Atlassian certifications, such as JIRA Administrator Certification or JIRA Project Administrator Certification, are highly desirable.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and their implementation in JIRA is a plus.
