Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented
Performance Marketing Team Lead
to oversee and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will lead a team, strategize, and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, display, programmatic, affiliate, and other digital channels.
- Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet growth objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and setup to reporting and optimization.
- Manage A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate) and ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of performance marketing specialists/analysts.
- Set KPIs, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards to leadership.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and platforms as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, attribution, and bid management tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and testing.
