Job description

Ensure & document outbound dialer activity

Analyse dialer output data to identify potential problems & issue.

Create & update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies & reports

Monitor & adjust the performance of dialer systems

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge & experience in using a dialer system

Basic knowledge & ability to comprehend & analyse dialer-output data

Knowledge of auto-dialer operation.

Sr. Dialer Engineer at least have 2-4 Years of Dialer Support Experience
