About the Role :

As a Senior MERN Developer/Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

7+ years of software development experience, with 6+ years in NodeJS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement the architecture for web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, and NodeJS.

- Develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications, adhering to best practices in coding and architecture.

- Optimize performance and scalability to handle large data volumes and high traffic.

- Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB/PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver top-quality products.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API documentation.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, and NodeJS.

- Strong experience with Skills :

- Expertise in MongoDB (database design, indexing, aggregation, performance tuning).

- Proficiency in ExpressJS and NodeJS.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Familiarity with Linux commands and AWS services.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to lead and mentor a development team.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
