Job Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering and Understanding :

- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in meetings with clients and business teams to clarify requirements and discuss solutions.

Stakeholder Communication and Demos :

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through calls, emails, and reports to ensure clear alignment on project deliverables.

- Conduct periodic product demos to showcase progress and gather feedback from stakeholders for necessary improvements.

Development and Implementation :

- Develop scalable and efficient web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and SQL Server.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

- Implement front-end functionality using JavaScript, React JS, and Node JS when required.

Team Coordination and Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, testers, and other developers, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to help them improve their skills and productivity.

Database Management and Optimization :

- Design, develop, and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and complex queries using SQL Server and MongoDB.

- Ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and improve the overall efficiency of the database.

Cloud Integration and Deployment :

- Implement and integrate cloud solutions (AWS or Azure) for hosting and scaling applications as per project requirements.

- Work with cloud-based services such as storage, networking, and security in the development and deployment process.

Code Review and Quality Assurance :

- Perform code reviews to ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the codebase.

- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix bugs and ensure the smooth deployment of applications.

Continuous Improvement and Learning :

- Stay updated on new technologies, trends, and best practices in .NET development, cloud computing, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Actively contribute to improving processes and implementing new tools to increase team productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET MVC, and SQL Server.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, and familiarity with React JS and Node JS.

- Experience working with MongoDB and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

- Experience working on full-stack development projects and cloud-based environments is a plus.
