Key Responsibilities

· Delivery:

Safely and efficiently pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to the correct customer location.

· Order Accuracy:

Confirm that the order is correct and complete before leaving the restaurant and again before handing it to the customer.

· Navigation:

Utilize GPS and navigation tools to plan efficient routes and reach destinations promptly.

· Customer Interaction:

Provide professional and courteous service, answer customer questions, and resolve complaints.

· Payments:

Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process them according to company procedures.

· Food Safety & Quality:

Maintain cleanliness and ensure that food remains fresh and at the appropriate temperature during transport.

· Communication:

Communicate clearly with customers, restaurants, and dispatchers to manage issues and ensure smooth operations.

· Vehicle Operation:

Operate a delivery vehicle safely, follow all traffic laws, and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained.

Requirements

· A valid driver's license.

· A reliable vehicle, often with proper insurance if personal.

· A clean driving record and familiarity with local routes.

· A background check may be required by some employers.

Essential Skills

· Time Management: Efficiently manage delivery schedules to ensure timely service.

· Customer Service: Interact positively with customers, build good relationships, and provide a positive experience.

· Navigation & Problem-Solving: Use GPS effectively and make quick decisions to overcome challenges like traffic delays or order issues.

· Communication: Articulate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.

· Reliability & Organization: Be dependable, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹13,000.00 per month
