**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure all administrative processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate with academic, editorial, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and communication across departments.
- Maintain documentation, records, and databases in compliance with internal policies.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and basic payroll coordination.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to address operational issues or concerns.
- Monitor office supplies and facility needs; coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in organizing workshops, client meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Prepare periodic reports on administrative performance and submit to management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5 + years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in an academic or service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with academic support services or research assistance will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
