We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Handle photocopying, filing, and other clerical support as required.
  • Assist in handling office documents and deliveries.
  • Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Assist staff in small day-to-day tasks.
  • Run errands outside the office when needed (e.g., bank, courier, etc.).
  • Support in setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum education: 10th/12th standard (preferred).
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant/Office Boy is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and office maintenance.
  • Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
  • Good attitude and cooperative nature.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
