We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging decision-makers, promoting our risk management-related knowledge-sharing initiatives, driving the adoption of our integrated risk management solution.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive specializing in Integrated Risk Management Solutions, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process. From identifying decision-makers in target companies to successfully onboarding them onto our integrated risk management platform, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will be deeply involved in content creation, including presentations and newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
● Research and identify key decision-makers in companies interested in risk
management solutions.
● Utilize various databases and tools to gather contact information, ensuring data accuracy.
● Develop and implement strategic lead prioritization based on potential for
engagement and conversion.
Outreach and Consent Acquisition:
● Initiate engaging telephone calls with decision-makers, showcasing
our knowledge-sharing initiatives.
● Navigate gatekeepers and objections effectively to reach key decision-makers.
● Obtain explicit consent for sharing newsletters via email and WhatsApp, ensuring
compliance with privacy regulations.
Knowledge Sharing Initiatives:
● Coordinate the distribution of risk management-related newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant content.
● Monitor engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives.
● Actively seek feedback and insights from potential clients to tailor content for maximum impact.
● Contribute to the creation of informative presentations, webinars, and other
engaging content.
Demo Scheduling:
● Follow up after the newsletter dissemination to gauge interest and address initial queries.
● Conduct thorough needs assessments during follow-up conversations.
● Identify and schedule impactful demo calls with decision-makers interested in our
integrated risk management solution.
Solution Presentation:
● Conduct engaging and informative demo calls showcasing the features and benefits of our integrated risk management platform.
● Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and industry challenges.
● Highlight case studies and success stories relevant to the client's industry.
Follow-Up and Adoption Push:
● Regularly follow up with potential clients post-demo to understand their evolving needs and concerns.
● Provide additional information, case studies, and testimonials to reinforce the value
proposition.
● Implement strategies to encourage the adoption of our solution by their
respective companies.
● Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Sales Reporting:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the
CRM system.
● Generate regular reports on outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
● Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for process
improvement.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
● Familiarity with risk management concepts is a plus.

Remuneration : Upto 6 lakhs per annum ( 60% fixed and 40% performance variable)
