We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting and Bench sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent while driving business development efforts to expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in US-based roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like ceipal.
Bench Sales & Business Development
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities for Bench Candidates.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand services in new industries or regions.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align sales and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in US recruitment and Bench sales, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of US employment laws, visa processes, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
