Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
Shifts: Day & Evening Shifts (as per business needs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in hospitality or banquet/event venue sales. The role requires managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry to event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve banquet sales targets
- Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and prepare customized proposals
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining profitability
- Maintain client database, generate reports, and track sales performance
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
- Attend industry events and represent the venue to expand business reach
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including evening and weekend shifts as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet sales or hospitality/event sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/events
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
- Flexible to work in both day and evening shifts
