Banquet Sales Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
Shifts: Day & Evening Shifts (as per business needs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in hospitality or banquet/event venue sales. The role requires managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry to event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve banquet sales targets
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and prepare customized proposals
  • Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining profitability
  • Maintain client database, generate reports, and track sales performance
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Attend industry events and represent the venue to expand business reach
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including evening and weekend shifts as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet sales or hospitality/event sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/events
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Flexible to work in both day and evening shifts
