About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated
Business Development Executive Intern
to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and business growth. We expect two core contributions from this role: building and maintaining strong client relationships, and acquiring new clients to drive business expansion. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of IT-related business services and be able to clearly explain them to both new and existing clients. The work will also involve connecting and communicating with foreign clients to explore international business opportunities and strengthen our global presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Maintain and update the client database and CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth strategies.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Very fluent in conversational English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the confidence to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
