Role Overview

We're looking for a
Sales Advisor

who is passionate about finance and loves guiding people. At Richie, you won't just "sell" — you'll be a
trusted mentor for our users

, helping them choose the right learning & trading solutions to achieve financial freedom.

This is not a routine sales job. This is your chance to
be part of a fintech revolution

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the
    first point of contact

for new leads & prospects.

  • Explain Richie's products (advisory, courses, mentorships) in a clear, relatable way.

  • Guide users through
    onboarding

and help them find the right plan.

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships — act as their
    advisor

, not just a salesperson.

  • Hit and exceed monthly sales & onboarding targets.

  • Work closely with marketing & product teams to give feedback on customer needs.

  • Stay updated with market trends to have meaningful conversations with clients.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in
    Pre-sales, Sales, Onboarding, or Customer Support

.

  • Basic knowledge of stock markets, finance, or trading

(must-have).

  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills in Hindi & English.

  • Ability to simplify financial concepts for beginners.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Strong relationship builder with a target-driven mindset.
