This role is ideal for someone who enjoys product development, global trend research, and coordinating end-to-end export operations — from concept to shipment.Roles and Responsibilities- Lead a small creative team to design and develop seasonal collections for international buyers.- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sample development, ensuring design alignment, quality, and timely delivery.- Oversee export orders, managing production, quality checks, and shipment timelines.- Create digital mockups, patterns, and catalogue layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, or AI tools.- Collaborate with photography and marketing teams to develop buyer presentations and catalogues.- Curate showroom and trade fair displays showcasing new collections.- Stay updated with global home décor and textile trends to drive design innovation.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Textiles, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in export merchandising (preferably home décor or textiles).- Proficient in design software (Adobe Suite, Procreate, or similar).- Excellent communication, vendor management, and coordination skills.- A proactive, creative thinker with strong attention to detail.Why Join UsAt Suorya, creativity thrives where autonomy meets collaboration.
