What You'll DoYou will partner with internal supply teams and vendors and work directly with them to understand their primary business objectives, strategize a fulfillment plan, and lead the end-to-end supply decision making process from design to costs to performance insights.

In your role, you will engage as a senior team member and internal consultant to generate supplier focused insights and translate findings into business recommendations. The majority of your time will be spent on data driven engagements focused on supplier research strategies, cost modeling, etc. to meet research fulfillment needs. You will also advise on the analytics plan, including advanced modeling, and help the team analyze, identify and synthesize emerging implications and recommendations for sellers/suppliers. You will also be responsible for working with the firm’s preferred vendors to program and field the research to ensure high quality data.Working Hours: US business working hours (nightshift) (EST/PST working hours)

QualificationsBachelor's degree required;

master's degree preferred4+ years of market research, affiliate, advertising or marketing experience with a strong emphasis on traffic cost modeling, supplier optimizations, cost understanding and business strategy planning. Well versed in traffic and cost measurement, segmentation, etc.Superior analytical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and derive insightsHighly developed understanding of relevant content area (e.G. supplier sector, functional topic)Advanced business knowledge and ability to translate business objectives into fulfillment / project objectivesFull understanding of research techniques, information sources, and statistical analysis/analytic techniques as relevant to roleSolid problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on timeClear and precise communicator including excellent business writing skillsComfortable working with statistical software packagesHighly organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize among competing demandsOutstanding interpersonal and influencing skills;

ability to work independently and collaboratively on teams and with people at all levelsAbility to travel as needed
