Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
  • Configure network settings for optimal performance and security using Intune, Defender, Entra, NAGIOS tools.
  • Manage inventory of company devices using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure Device Management (ADM).
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to desktop configuration management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in Desktop Support Engineering with expertise in Windows Troubleshooting, Mac Troubleshooting, Network Configuration & Desktop Troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services including AAD & ADM for device management.
  • Proficiency in configuring various operating systems like Windows/Linux/Mac OS X.
  • Flexible and available to work in a 24/7 environment as necessary.
