Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with distributors, opening new stores, managing existing accounts, and enhancing sales performance. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on handling General Trade (GT) stores.
Key Responsibilities
Distributor Development:
Identify and onboard new distributors to expand market reach.
Foster strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Store Expansion:
Open new retail stores to increase product visibility and accessibility.
Strategically choose locations for store openings to maximize sales opportunities.
Account Management:
Handle existing stores and build lasting partnerships with retailers.
Collaborate with stockists to ensure optimal product availability and manage inventory.
Sales Boost:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Work with promoters to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of successfully handling General Trade (GT) stores.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
