Position :Sr. Sales Officer ProtectonOEM

Roles&Responsibilities:

  • Achievementof month to month Sales objectives with desired businessprofitability.
  • Planningfor his individual territory to able to achieve the targets withsustainedgrowth.
  • Soundtechnical knowledge to understand the customer requirement andthoroughproductknowledge.
  • Givingright projection for sales and indenting to avoid accumulation ofnonsaleablestocks.
  • Thoroughknowledge of competitors product line and pricingstrategy.
  • Soundnegotiation skills to maximizeprofits.
  • Abilityto maintain excellent rapport with all end users and accounts inhisterritory.
  • Havingtotal knowledge of his market and be aware of any new developmentswith regard to new and upcoming projects in histerritory.
  • Continuouseffort to increase customer base in the fluctuating market to havea steady influx of newcustomers.
  • Totalknowledge and control of all outstanding in histerritory.
  • Submitperiodical reports on individual contributions and overallperformance as and when desired by themanagement.
  • Workin a team and aspirations to grow and take additionalresponsibility to create the wayforward.

Requirements

EducationalQualification: B.Sc/M.Sc orB.E./B.Tech

  • Sales& Marketing in Paint Industries Industrial Adhesives&Sealants IndustrialChemicals
  • Direct selling ( B2B )experience Preferable.
  • Minimum 23year experience in Direct customer handling with new customerdevelopment.
  • Technical Knowledge inPaint Industries preferable( Possible NACE level 1/SSPC Candidatealsopreferable)
