⚡ We’re Hiring: Senior Systems Test Engineer – BMS / EV Battery Systems Location: MVM Plaza, 1st BB Road, Bengaluru, KarnatakaExperience: 3 – 8 YearsWork Mode: OfficeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Systems Test Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the verification and validation (V&V) of EV battery packs, Battery Energy Management Systems (BEMs), and Battery Management Systems (BMS) .You will define test strategies , lead test activities, interpret complex test data, and provide risk mitigation insights, directly impacting the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-performance battery systems .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own Design Verification/Validation Plans & Reports (DVVPRs) aligned to product requirements and regulatory standardsExecute test campaigns and ensure rigorous adherence to plans, protocols, and compliance standardsValidate, document, and trace all test results to system-level requirements and stakeholder expectationsEnsure alignment with ASPICE process maturity and relevant industry standards (UN ECE R100, UN 38.3, ISO 12405, etc.)Support regulatory compliance for type approvals, homologation, and functional safetyDefine, maintain, and implement test equipment requirements and automated testing solutionsLead root cause analysis , corrective actions, and risk mitigation activitiesCollaborate with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Software teams for effective integration of test feedbackRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in test engineering, validation, or verification roles , particularly in automotive, EV battery systems, or high-voltage powertrain domainsDegree (BEng, MEng, MSc) in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplinesKnowledge of HV battery safety, electrical, mechanical, and thermal testing methodologiesExperience with DVVPRs, ASPICE, ISO 12405, ISO 6469 , and other battery testing regulationsProficiency in failure analysis techniques , root cause identification, and corrective actionsPrior experience in global vehicle programs and compliance frameworks (UNECE, FMVSS, AIS standards)Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsApply Now – Send your resume to:Include in your application:Total & Relevant ExperienceCurrent & Preferred LocationCurrent CTC & Expected CTCNotice Period (Immediate to 30 days preferred)Last Working Day (if serving / already left)Reason for any recent career gaps
