Key Duties & Responsibilities:


MICE Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry.
  • If not from a direct MICE background, must have significant experience in travel with client-facing roles, demonstrating strong potential and willingness to learn.


Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in communication skills and computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of MICE industry operations is preferred.
  • Travel background candidates should be adept in client interaction and show a readiness to adapt and learn about MICE specifics.


Target Achievement:

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a minimum target of ₹15 – 18 Cr in top-line revenue.
  • Ability to maximize profits while meeting set targets.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work effectively as a team player , collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Contracting, etc.).


Client Management:

  • Handle client queries independently and efficiently.
  • Manage a set of existing clients and leverage this base once onboarded with FCM.


Project Management:

  • Proactive in taking responsibility for all aspects of the file from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan/goal to drive success.


Lead Generation:

  • Acquire sales through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and conversion strategies.
