At NH1 Design, we build brands that move people. To do that well, we need someone who can move the process forward with focus, structure, and empathy. We're looking for a Project Manager who can lead from the middle. Someone who understands both the creative brain and the business need. Someone who keeps timelines on track, conversations clear, and teams in flow.
This isn't about chasing creatives or pleasing clients. It's about creating the conditions where great work can happen. You'll be the link between ambition and execution. You'll help define the scope, shape the schedule, and make sure what goes out the door is as strong as what went up on the wall.
What you'll do:
- Turn strategy and creative briefs into clear project plans
- Lead internal kick-offs, manage reviews, and ensure next steps are always clear
- Keep deliverables on time, on budget, and on point
- Coordinate across design, strategy, content, and production
- Flag risks early, solve problems quickly, and keep momentum high
- Build trust with clients through transparency and clarity
You'll thrive here if you:

- Know when to say no and when to lean in
Tools you'll use:
- Asana
- Excel and Google Sheets (scopes, timelines, budgets)
- Keynote (for briefs, Presentations updates, and reviews)
- Zero inbox mindset (or close to it)
Types of projects:
- Brand identity systems
- Packaging rollouts and product launches
- Campaign development
- Websites and digital brand experiences
You'll work with high growth startups, legacy businesses, and everything in between. This role sits at the heart of our studio. Our work moves through clear stages: kickoff, onboarding, strategy, exploration, design development, and delivery. You will be the single point of contact through it all, connecting clients and creatives, and keeping momentum alive. Think of yourself as the NH1 army on the ground, holding the line so great ideas can take flight.
