Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager, located in Lucknow. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure effective customer support. Responsibilities include managing the customer service team, addressing customer inquiries and issues, implementing service procedures and policies, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating customer service processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
