Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Litigation Associate at United & United, New Delhi. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting, representing clients in courts, managing client portfolios etc.
Your mission
- Be a team player
- Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents;
- Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team;
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must;
- At least 3-4 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation;
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws;
- Working knowledge and understanding of High Court and District Courts.
