Our expertise covers bespoke items such as top kitchen, washbasins, steps, tables, and architectural features.We utilizeadvanced machinery , including a 5 axisCNC bridge stone machine , to ensure precision and superior finish in all our customized products.Key Responsibilities The Workshop Supervisor is the operational leader of our workshop, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality output, and efficient resource management.Operational & Production Management:CNC Machine Operation:Directly operate theCNC bridge stone machinefor cutting and customized fabrication projects, ensuring optimal performance and precision.Quality and Quantity Assurance:Oversee all production activities to guarantee the consistentqualityand requiredquantityof finished products meet client specifications and company standards.Daily Operations Management:Manage all day-to-day workshop activities, maintaining an efficient, safe, and organized working environment.Team & Inventory Management:Work Dispatch and Delegation:Effectivelydispatch and delegate workassignments to the fabrication team, optimizing workflow and meeting deadlines.Stock Management:Control and manage raw material and finished productstock/inventory , ensuring accurate levels and timely ordering.Team Leadership:Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Maintenance & Safety:Machine Maintenance:Implement and oversee regularpreventive and corrective maintenanceschedules for the CNC machine and all other equipment.Qualifications and Requirements the perfect candidate has:Engenieerin civil engineering or architecture or similar filedDemonstrable expertise with 5 axis CAMCADCNC machinery , (particularlyCNC bridge stone cutting machines .)Knowledge ofmarble, porcelain, and quartzmaterial properties and customization techniques.Excellent organizational and leadership.A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality control.
