**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Report project progress to supervisors.

2. Develop a work schedule for workers.

3. Supervise all construction workers.

4. Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.

5. Solve disputes between workers.

6. Ensure that a project is adequately staffed.

7. Assign tasks to construction and manufacturers workers.

8. Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget.

9. Supervision including coordination of man, materials and equipment.

10. Supervise the civil, electrical & interiors.

11. Should be able to manage the ground level workers.

12. Weekly and monthly materials and work review and reports.

13. Work as per project budgeting should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of interior design aspects.

14. Conducting quality audits.

15. Ensuring that all safety precautions have been taken into consideration & implemented properly.

16. Checking quality as per satisfaction or specification.

17. Interaction with clients & communication.

18. Planning of work & executing in an organized and timely manner.

19. Prepare project close out report.

20. Coordination of interior work along with services & finishes as per the drawings and the client requirements.

21. Estimate materials and labor (required to achieve project goals.

22. Escalate to the management contractors/ vendors in case of shortage of materials, which are required to achieve project goals.

23. Provide project reports and work status on a regular basis.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**

**1.** Min 10 to 15 years experience in an interior firm.

**2.** Able to understand auto
- cad, civil, plumbing and electrical drawings provided by the designer.

**3.** Able to handle laborers and ensuring work is going in a smooth manner.

**4.** Able to coordinate with the vendors/factory & getting the materials on site on time.

**5.** Abiding by the protocols laid by the management & following them diligently.

**6.** Be proactive at work and give timely updates/ progress reports to the project manager.

**7.** Assisting Project manager/ billing team to prepare and provide joint measurement reports.

**8.** Cross checking all the measurements at site & ensuring the billing is accurate as provided by the vendor.

**9.** Through quality control checking of the executed units with project manager and factory.

**10.** Good communication skills and will versed with Hindi etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 1100, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
