Their work includes:
●Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
●Demonstrating and presenting products
●Establishing new business
●Maintaining accurate records
●Onboarding new dealers
●Reviewing sales performance
●Negotiating contracts and packages
●Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Promotional prospects can be excellent; progression can be into senior
sales roles or into related employment areas such as marketing or management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience of 2+ yrs in sales management, preferably in the furniture, home goods, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
