Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of academic and administrative activities.
  • Drive admissions, meet enrolment targets, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage faculty schedules, student batches, and ensure quality delivery of classes.
  • Train, and supervise staff (counsellors, telecallers, faculty, and admin team).
  • Handle parent interactions, student grievances, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and achieve branch profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to institute policies and standards.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and represent the branch at events, seminars, and tie-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
