JOB ROLE : Solution Architect

Job Description

- 9 to 12 years in IT Telecom sector.

- Experience in creating E2E Architecture for BSS systems in Telecom domains is required.

- Expertise on one or more of the following: Commerce Platform, product catalog data, shopping cart, and order management and Quote process

- Cloud concepts and implementation on Digital technologies, Open-source tools etc.


- Conversant with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and also should be able to review and recommend on Technical deployment architecture

- Provides subject matter expertise to design, develop, assess and implement complex architecture solutions (integrated process, applications, data and technology) for business problems in alignment with the assigned applications

- Solution Architecture direction and standards. Should take ownership of solution as well as integrations for the individual project deliverable.

- Interfaces with other Solution Architects, Solution Integrity Analysts, Business Analysts, and BU/Function subject matter experts to execute architecture

- Processes withing the delivery team as well as product team


- Should be able to grasp the detailed knowledge of Product capabilities and provide solutions based on them

- Provides strategic consultation and recommendations for technical application design, infrastructure design, software development design/architecture, application frameworks, and/or interfaces during the design and ongoing care of solutions.

- Establish priorities and strategies for the application (or suite of applications), ensuring they are consistent with business goals and economic viability.

- Aware of various Integration frameworks and design - SOA, Rest etc.

- Good hands-on on microservice Architecture.

- Knowledge of telecom products, Mobility, Fiber, DSL and QF connections as well as B2B Product line

- Design cross system integration patterns and data flow.

- Verify, review and recommend about the stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.

- Provide E2E Solution Approach and get agreement with stakeholders along with required discussions with customer as well as program team

- Provide inputs on effort estimation, solution proposal along with RAID required for delivery of demand. Should be able to manage the proposal defence with customer.

- Support delivery teams on technical challenges.

- Collaborate with the developer to come up with implementation options.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to come up with E2E solution designs.

- Contribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with Solution designs.

- Experience in an open-source workflow and decision automation platform like Camunda or Flowable.

- Experience with relational DB like oracle/mysql and non-relational DB - MongoDb but not limited to listed DBs

- Experience in performance optimization techniques.

- Good understanding Identity and access management platforms
