About the Role

The Solutions Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for driving business outcomes through innovative and effective solution architecture. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end solution architecture that considers holistic business requirements and implications.
  • Design comprehensive target visions for digital platforms, APIs, and customer journeys, working closely with product, design, and development teams.
  • Implement architecture concepts in product development and services.
  • Drive the specification of architecture and design patterns for developing digital architecture and microservices-based solutions.
  • Consult and engage with engineering teams to solve problems at their root cause.
  • Create deliverables that provide exceptional clarity and connections to business objectives.
  • Assess emerging technologies and perform proof of concepts.
  • Collaborate with product teams, design teams, and capability architects to provide optimized solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for the implementation of new tools, technologies, and solutions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in solution architecture, encompassing technical architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and application architecture.
  • Proven experience in architecting end-to-end solutions, working with diverse design teams, spread across the globe.
  • Proven experience in architecting and designing solutions across hybrid application landscapes, consisting of legacy applications, both COTS and homegrown applications, as well as microservices, delivered using open-source technologies.
  • Experience in leading and implementing technology prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations for new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and implementing microservices solutions utilizing container-based technologies, including Docker, Swarm, Compose, and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective.
  • History of executing with excellence, setting purposeful goals, and achieving them through intelligent actions, balancing competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution.
  • Experience leading through influence in a complex, large, matrixed, global environment.
  • Fluent in contemporary digital technologies and platforms, including UX, APIs, MicroServices, XaaS.
  • Outstanding collaboration, strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of observability patterns, monitoring, and alerting setup.
