Are you an experienced professional in corporate affairs with a strong background in government relations? We’re seeking a motivated individual to manage and coordinate corporate affairs within the renewable energy sector.


Role Overview: As the Chief Manager - Corporate Affairs, you will play a vital role in handling regulatory compliance, liaising with government bodies, and supporting high-level strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


Draft communications for nodal agencies and government offices.

Liaise with government departments to secure approvals and resolve pending issues.

Stay updated on amendments to the Electricity Act and industry regulations.

Compile policy-related information and assist in high-level interactions with government officials.

Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and maintain regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:


Engineering Graduate from a reputed university.

10+ years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

Strong connections with Central & State government bodies, especially in energy and regulatory departments.

Proficiency in regulatory communication, stakeholder management, and tracking government policies.

Behavioral Competencies:


Achievement-oriented with a proactive approach.

Strong initiative and customer service orientation.

Excellent information-seeking and analytical skills.

Location: Jaipur (Travel as needed)
