Role Overview: We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. This is a critical role for someone with deep technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to innovate. As our CTO, you’ll steer My Ctc’s technology strategy and oversee the development of our flagship platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and user-friendly. You’ll work closely with the founder and lead a talented tech team to bring our ambitious goals to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with My Ctc’s business goals. Lead the end-to-end development of our payroll and financial management platform. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and finance, to create a seamless user experience. Lead the selection and integration of partnerships with NBFCs and other financial entities. Mentor and expand the tech team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Experience in a technology leadership role, preferably within Fin Tech, HR Tech, or payroll-related domains. Technical Skills: Expertise in full-stack development, mobile app development, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.). Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and experience in navigating financial compliance regulations. Leadership: Proven track record of leading tech teams in a high-growth startup environment. Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical work to drive fast, impactful development.
