Role Purpose: As the Corporate Communications leader for DP World Global Service Center (GSC), you will be a strategic communications partner to the GSC Leadership Team, working closely with senior stakeholders and Group Communications Center of Excellence (Co E). You will design, lead, and execute communication strategies that anchor employee value proposition; meaningfully showcase GSC value creation & capabilities to larger DP World, and strengthen our employer brand both internally and externally.You will be the custodian of GSC’s narrative—bringing to life success stories, customer impact, innovation, and our culture—while ensuring consistent alignment with global communication standards and business objectives.Base Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.Reporting to: Senior Vice President – Global Service CentreKey Role Responsibilities: Strategic Communication & PartneringServe as the primary communications advisor to GSC leadership, ensuring strategic alignment of internal messages with business priorities.Partner with the global Communications Co E to cascade corporate strategies and initiatives tailored for the GSC audience.Support leaders in crafting impactful presentations, messages, and speeches for internal and external forums.Internal Communications & StorytellingDevelop and execute a robust GSC Communications Plan covering business updates, success stories, events, milestones, and recognition.Lead storytelling that highlights value creation, customer insights, innovation, and people impact.Manage channels (intranet, newsletters, leadership blogs, Yammer/Teams, digital screens) for maximum engagement and consistency.Employer Branding & EVP ActivationPartner with HR and global branding teams to strengthen the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the GSC context.Create campaigns and initiatives that position the GSC as an employer of choice.Lead visibility of GSC’s achievements in global platforms, external publications, and award nominations.Anchor and manage GSC-wide events, leadership conferences, cultural celebrationsSupport external engagement through GSC forums, thought-leadership panels, industry recognitions and community outreach.Measurement & Continuous ImprovementOwn the communication budget for GSC & deployment strategy Monitor communication effectiveness using analytics, feedback, and engagement metrics.Continuously enhance formats, channels, and content based on audience insights.Develop, performance manage vendors / partners driving meaningful outcomes & cost effectiveness to reflect value creation Skills & Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, story boarding skills.Strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution capability.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.High cultural awareness and sensitivity in a global context.Proficiency in digital communications platforms Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.8–12 years’ experience in internal communications, preferably in a global organization / shared services / GSC setup. Proven track record in leadership communications, employer branding, and change communications.Strong skills in storytelling, content creation, and multi-channel campaign management.Comfort in partnering with senior executives and influencing without direct authoritySeasoned network of vendor partners / content creation providers in Communications spaceExperience in external forums participation and engagement DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
