About the RoleWe’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You’ll be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple projects. This is a remote position — perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible and performance-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform keyword research and identify high-potential opportunities for growth. Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility. Optimize meta tags, headings, internal links, and content structure. Conduct technical SEO audits to fix crawl errors, speed issues, and indexing problems. Manage backlink building and outreach campaigns. Track and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Collaborate with the content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied consistently. Stay current with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics). Knowledge of WordPress and experience optimizing CMS-based sites. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting SEO issues. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely. Preferred SkillsExperience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. Understanding of content marketing strategies and link-building outreach. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio reporting. Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience). Performance-based bonuses and growth incentives available.
