We’re looking for a B2B SEO Specialist to increase our discoverability among decision-makers and generate organic inbound leads from hospitals, procurement teams, and public health platforms.This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization in a clinical or professional space, and who can turn organic search into a lead-generating engine.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & PlanningOwn the SEO roadmap for hospital-facing, B2B landing pages and resourcesConduct in-depth keyword research relevant to hospital procurement, maternal health devices, and clinical workflowsDefine and track SEO KPIs tied to visibility, traffic quality, and lead form conversionsOn-Page & Technical SEOOptimize website structure, metadata, headings, page speed, schema markup, and internal linkingEnsure technical health via regular audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or AhrefsCollaborate with the tech team to implement best practices for indexing, crawlability, and page performance Content SEOBuild and optimize landing pages, use-case pages, whitepaper hubs, blog articles focused on B2B audiencesCreate content briefs for case studies, institutional guides, or healthcare policy summariesWork with content writers to ensure medical accuracy + SEO alignmentReporting & AnalyticsUse Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to track organic performanceProvide monthly reports with action items to improve domain authority and lead flowMonitor competitor SEO moves and suggest counter strategiesYou’re a Great Fit If You:Have 2–4 years of experience in B2B SEO, ideally for healthcare, SaaS, or gov-tech productsKnow how to target decision-makers through search and build long-term content funnelsAre comfortable with both technical SEO and content collaborationUnderstand the balance between credibility, clinical relevance, and search performanceHave worked closely with dev and content teams to improve SEO across formatsTools You Should Know:SEMrush / Ahrefs / UbersuggestGoogle Search Console, GA4, Screaming FrogSurfer SEO / Frase (optional)CMS like WordPress / Webflow / custom-coded pagesWork Culture & Perks:Full-time role based in Bangalore (in-office, 5 days/week)High-ownership, impact-driven position with direct access to founders and tech leadsOpportunity to lead SEO for one of India’s most purposeful health-tech brandsPath to grow into SEO & Organic Growth Manager – Institutional
