Role Overview We're looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Specialist who will play a key role in increasing our organic reach, driving qualified traffic, and improving search engine visibility across our product categories, content, and digital assets. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical SEO knowledge, and a passion for health, wellness, and content optimization. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Perform keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for growth. Optimize website architecture, page structure, and internal linking for crawlability and user experience. Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions. Monitor and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, CTR, etc.) and develop actionable insights. Manage backlink outreach, link-building strategies, and analyze competitors' SEO tactics. Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes, SEO trends, and tools to ensure continuous performance improvement. Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes and schema markup. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in eCommerce or DTC brands). Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Familiarity with CMS platforms like Shopify or WordPress. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics, site speed optimization, and structured data. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
