Transaction Execution Work  - Independent ownership of transaction execution:Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactionsIndependent preparation of transaction collateral, analysis and insightsValuation analysis and deal negotiationsProject managing due diligence and documentation till deal closure2.
