Further information on Indium is available at We are looking for motivated individuals with strong experience in front-end investment banking advisory to join our team. Position : Investment Banking AVP/VP Experience : 4-8 years of relevant investment banking experience Qualification : CA or MBA from IIM’s/ISB/FMS/MDI Location : Bangalore Interested candidates can write to with their cover letter and CV, and a short note summarising their education and qualifying experience. Role Overview - Investment Banking AVP/VP : The role involves working independently as well as with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development. Key aspects include (among others): 1. Transaction Execution Work - Independent ownership of transaction execution: Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions Independent preparation of transaction collateral, analysis and insights Valuation analysis and deal negotiations Project managing due diligence and documentation till deal closure 2.
