Role Overview - Investment Banking AVP/VP:The role involves working independently as well as with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development.Key aspects include (among others): 1. Transaction Execution Work - Independent ownership of transaction execution:Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactionsIndependent preparation of transaction collateral, analysis and insightsValuation analysis and deal negotiationsProject managing due diligence and documentation till deal closure 2.
