Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer based in Shoolagiri. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control standards, performing product quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, identifying and addressing quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, and maintaining thorough documentation of quality assessments. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding Nilkamal's high standards of quality management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
• Experience in Quality Control and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to ensure and improve Product Quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the Automobilese industry is a plus.
• Knowledge about Indian standards for Raw Material
