near Bangalore. This modern facility will use the
latest technologies from around the world
to bring international standards to the Indian precast industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the new precast manufacturing facility.
• Implement best practices in production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
• Lead, train, and motivate a skilled workforce.
• Coordinate with senior management on production planning, efficiency targets, and process optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet market demand.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting the latest global innovations in precast technology.

Mandatory qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  (Master's preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in
  precast concrete or heavy construction materials manufacturing
  .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on expertise in production processes, plant maintenance, and quality systems.
• Spoken proficiency in Kannada and Tamil
