Basant Betons, India's leading producer of concrete landscaping products, is growing After building a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are now setting up a
new precast concrete factory
near Bangalore. This modern facility will use the
latest technologies from around the world
to bring international standards to the Indian precast industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the new precast manufacturing facility.
- Implement best practices in production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a skilled workforce.
- Coordinate with senior management on production planning, efficiency targets, and process optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet market demand.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting the latest global innovations in precast technology.
Mandatory qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
(Master's preferred). - 5–10 years of experience in
precast concrete or heavy construction materials manufacturing
. - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hands-on expertise in production processes, plant maintenance, and quality systems.
- Spoken proficiency in Kannada and Tamil
