You will gain hands-on exposure to global trade operations, export documentation, international market research, and participation in world-class food exhibitions like Gulfood (Dubai), Anuga (Germany), and Indus Food (India). Key Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in developing international business strategies and identifying potential global markets. Coordinate with overseas clients, importers, and distributors across multiple regions (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa). Support the team in preparing commercial proposals, tenders, and supermarket listings. Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs, assisting with pre-event planning, stall management, and lead generation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Manage export documentation, quotations, proforma invoices, LC coordination, and compliance with international trade standards. Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication. Coordinate with internal teams — production, logistics, and accounts — for smooth export execution. Develop presentation materials and business proposals for international buyers and government tenders. Finding New Profitable Products: Identify opportunities in the processed food segment with potential for export and domestic markets. Product Development: Work closely with the R& D team to conceptualize, test, and launch new products aligned with global food trends. Market Research: Conduct research on consumer preferences, competitor offerings, and supermarket demand across international markets. Label Design Development: Collaborate with design agencies and ensure packaging/labels comply with international regulatory and branding standards. Finding New Profitable Products: Identify opportunities in the processed food segment with potential for export and domestic markets. Product Development: Work closely with the R& D team to conceptualize, test, and launch new products aligned with global food trends. Market Research: Conduct research on consumer preferences, competitor offerings, and supermarket demand across international markets. Assist in developing international business strategies and exploring potential new markets. Coordinate with overseas clients, importers, and distributors across multiple regions (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa). Support the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, and supermarket listings. Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs, including stall setup, presentations, and lead generation. Manage export documentation, LC handling, quotations, and compliance with global trade requirements. Build long-term relationships with international buyers, distributors, and retail chains. Liaise with internal teams — production, R& D, logistics, accounts — to ensure smooth execution of business. Educational Qualification: MBA / MMS / PGDM in International Business / Foreign Trade / Marketing / Agribusiness / Food Management Candidates from reputed business schools will be preferred. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English are essential. Knowledge of an additional language (French, Spanish, Arabic) will be an advantage. Preferred & Additional Skills: Data Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools for business insights. ERP & CRM Systems: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (or similar platforms) for client and order management. Lead Generation & Market Development: Hands-on experience with B2 B portals (Alibaba, India MART, Trade India, etc.) to identify potential buyers. Digital Marketing: Familiarity with Mailchimp, Linked In campaigns, and social media B2 B engagement. Product & Packaging Development: Exposure to food labeling laws, packaging innovations, and FSSAI/USFDA/EU compliance. Export-Import Knowledge: Understanding of INCOTERMS, LC documentation, HS codes, and global logistics. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong presentation, email drafting, and cross-cultural communication ability. Creative Thinking: Ability to contribute fresh ideas in product innovation, branding, and positioning. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (R& D, marketing, operations). International Exposure Readiness: Willingness to travel abroad for exhibitions, buyer meetings, and training. Service Commitment: Selected candidates will be required to sign a Service Assurance Agreement for a minimum of 3–5 years, ensuring mutual growth and stability.
