Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurgaon. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property selection process. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, conducting property tours, preparing sales materials, and negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements. The Sales Associate will also be required to maintain relationships with clients and provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Understanding of real estate market trends and property laws
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
