Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to join our team with past experience of working with an Agency. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our company. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and GMB
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to customer queries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and track key metrics to improve the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, design, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns and measure their performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations for improvement


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Experience in creating and implementing social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
