You will lead architecture design, project planning, coordination, and technical delivery. Key Responsibilities: •⁠  ⁠• Lead the development of the web platform and admin dashboard.•⁠  ⁠• Architect and maintain a robust tech stack: React (frontend), Node.js/Express (backend), PostgreSQL (DB).•⁠  ⁠• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.•⁠  ⁠• Guide and review the codebase of frontend and backend developers.•⁠  ⁠• Setup development workflows, environments, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).•⁠  ⁠• Plan sprint deliverables, assign tasks, and manage timelines.•⁠  ⁠• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform. Required Skills: •⁠  ⁠• Strong full stack experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.•⁠  ⁠• Solid understanding of API architecture, DB schemas, and system design.•⁠  ⁠• Experience in leading teams and reviewing code with best practices.•⁠  ⁠• Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, developers, and business leads.•⁠  ⁠Hands-on with Git, Postman, Swagger, and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP optional).•⁠  ⁠Experience integrating with 3rd party tools, and optionally AI modules
