Overview:
We are hiring a Tech Lead who can not only contribute technically as a full stack developer but also act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the tech team. You will lead architecture design, project planning, coordination, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the web platform and admin dashboard.
•
• Architect and maintain a robust tech stack: React (frontend), (backend), PostgreSQL (DB).
•
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
•
• Guide and review the codebase of frontend and backend developers.
•
• Setup development workflows, environments, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
•
• Plan sprint deliverables, assign tasks, and manage timelines.
•
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform.
Required Skills:
•
• Strong full stack experience with , , , and PostgreSQL.
•
• Solid understanding of API architecture, DB schemas, and system design.
•
• Experience in leading teams and reviewing code with best practices.
•
• Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, developers, and business leads.
• Hands-on with Git, Postman, Swagger, and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP optional).
• Experience integrating with 3rd party tools, and optionally AI modules
