Company Overview:

HRTech is an HRTech organization engaged in developing and marketing Generative AI supported SaaS products to enable organizations to strengthen their practices for People and Culture.

The startup is established by the HR Veteran and successful entrepreneur and backed by the enthusiastic research team of the consulting organization operating in the People and Culture space for over a decade.

We have an ambitious growth plan and road map to be a US$ 20M organization in the next three years from a current valuation of US$ 2.5M by touching a 50,000 direct user base.

As of now, the company is in the process of creating a G2M strategy, as it has started deploying the Beta Version of its product. Although bootstrapped so far, the company is now looking forward to seeking investments from the open market.

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Technology wizard who is passionate about technology and its potential to transform human resource management processes and has a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for leading the technology team and setting the technology strategy for the organization. You will also oversee developing and implementing technology solutions that support the company's Generative AI-powered SaaS product range. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an execution team of product and engineering.

The purpose of the role is also to be part of the top management and be an effective team player in formulating and executing the company’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the technology strategy for the organization.- Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals and user needs.- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that support the company's Generative AI-Powered SaaS products.- Manage the technology team and provide leadership and guidance to team members.- Ensure the technology team delivers high-quality solutions on time and within budget.- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve the company's technology infrastructure and processes.- Monitor and analyze technology trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.- Ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure technology initiatives support overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from the reputed institute.- Strong understanding of Generative AI and its application in SaaS products.- Experience in successfully leading technology teams and managing technology projects.- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile tools and processes.- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services like AWS or Google Cloud.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Decisions Involved:

The professional will be in HRTech organization engaged in developing and marketing Generative AI supported SaaS products, you will need to make critical decisions including but not limited to the following:

Technology Stack: The right technology stack is crucial for building a successful Generative AI-supported SaaS product. You must evaluate various technologies and frameworks to determine which ones are best suited for our products.

Data Management: Data is the lifeblood of any AI system. You must ensure our organization has the proper data management infrastructure to collect, store, and process data effectively.

AI Algorithms: You must select suitable AI algorithms to power our generative AI-supported SaaS products. This includes evaluating different machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and AI technologies.

User Experience: A great user experience is critical for the success of any SaaS product. You must work closely with design and product teams to ensure that our Generative AI-supported SaaS products are intuitive and easy to use.

Security: Security is a critical concern for any SaaS product. You must ensure that our products are secure and that our customer’s data is protected.

Scalability: As our products grow, you must ensure they can scale effectively. This includes selecting the proper cloud infrastructure, optimizing code, and providing our products handle increased traffic and data volumes.

Compliance: Depending on the nature of our Generative AI-supported SaaS products, you may need to comply with various regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA. You must ensure our products comply with all relevant laws.
