We have urgent opening for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Profile.
- **Job Title**_: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- **Location**_: Surat (Subjail)
- **Industry**:_ Textile Manufacturing
- **Experience**_: 2-4 Years as a CFO
- **Salary**_:25-40K
- **Age**_ : 25-35Yers
- **Mode of Interview**_: Face to Face

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Financial Management**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team and board of directors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency improvements.

**2.Payment Management**:

- Manage all incoming and outgoing payments, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Implement controls and procedures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud or errors in payment processing.

3**.Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making on investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessment for potential business opportunities.

**4.Compliance and Governance**:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards applicable to the company’s operations.
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinate audits and examinations by external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a demonstrated learning attitude and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
